My research is focused on the CVD growth, transfer, characterization, and application of 2D materials, including graphene, hBN, TMDs, magnetic 2D layers, and van der Waals heterostructures. Also interested in the combination of Machine Learning with novel nanomaterials and characterization techniques like Raman spectroscopy. Eight years of experience with synthesizing graphene and hBN materials and four years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
An independent researcher with skills in project planning, experimental designing, problem solving, data analyzing, paper writing, and research collaborating.
